3. If you email me, please make sure to check your spam file for my reply. Unless I’m out of town, I will normally return your email within 24 hours of when you send the email.
4. If you call for information or to place an order and would like to speak to me, please call after 7pm EST but before 9pm EST any evening (757-866-8819). I’m usually home and I will be happy to talk to you. However, please know that quickest way to contact me is through email and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Any other time, please leave a message and a telephone number.
5. The phone number listed above is not only the telephone number for the business, but our personal telephone line. We are located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone and would appreciate if you call, to be conscious of the time difference when you are calling.

7. I’m not set up to have a retail shop location. This is something that the City will not allow.

9. While I am unable to ship slow match out of the US, please note that other musketry supplies can, but it depends on the regulations governing your specific country.11. ORDERING INFORMATION
1. Unfortunately, I don’t have a shopping cart but I’m working on it.
2. Once you know what you want to order either email or call with the items you want to order. (Email is always a faster reply).
3. If you are emailing your order to me, please include :-
Clothing – item name, fabric choice, color and size.
Books – Complete name of the book or books you want to purchase. If there is a sku number, that can be helpful.
Musketry supplies – the item you want to order and quantity.
Socks – Color and fabric of the item you want to order and quantity.
Also, I need your mailing address or zip code (so I can calculate a shipping total)
4. I will either call or email you back:
Clothing – what I have in stock and whether if your choice of clothing needs to be constructed.
Books, musketry supplies & socks – I normally have these in stock.
Then I will provide you with a breakdown of the items with prices, tax (if applicable), shipping charges and payment options.
5. Once payment is made and the package has a tracking number, you will be emailed that number so that you know when to expect the package.

SHIPPING
All packages will be sent USPS Priority Mail – Delivery Confirmation. If you prefer not to check with me to calculate the shipping charges for you are …. shipping is 20%, but, the minimum shipping charge will be $9.25.
I don’t normally ship via Fedex or UPS. Please indicate if you need your package shipped that way for me to calculate shipping.
Returns and exchanges:
There will be a 20% restocking charge for anything returned. The only exception being something exchanged for the same item in a different size. If there are signs of disassembly or otherwise worked over to find out how they’re made there will not be a refund. The designs are not copyrightable, but I have very lousy feelings for anyone who uses one of my items to copy it, and then doesn’t have the courtesy to pay for the original. Also, shipping is non-refundable. If you return an item even for size, please note that you will be charged shipping on the replacement item I send you and you will be credited for returning the original item.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Terms are Cash, Check, Money Order or PayPal unless other arrangements have been made at the time of the order.
Checks and Money Orders must clear my bank before any order is shipped. For all orders out-of-country, please contact me for shipping amounts and to discuss delivery options. Large or multi-piece orders – A deposit of half of the total amount will be required at the time of the order. Current sales tax licenses I have are: Virginia and Maryland (because I can’t get rid of it). Both are 6.0% tax.

NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS:
It has recently come to our attention that current law in the State of New Jersey will have an impact on several items we sell. As per NJ Statute: 2C:39:
NJ Statute: 2C:39-1. Definitions
- ”Antique firearm” means any rifle or shotgun and “antique cannon” means a destructive device defined in paragraph (3) of subsection c. of this section, if the rifle, shotgun or destructive device, as the case may be, is incapable of being fired or discharged, or which does not fire fixed ammunition, regardless of date of manufacture, or was manufactured before 1898 for which cartridge ammunition is not commercially available, and is possessed as a curiosity or ornament or for its historical significance or value.
- ”Destructive device” means any device, instrument or object designed to explode or produce uncontrolled combustion, including (1) any explosive or incendiary bomb, mine or grenade; (2) any rocket having a propellant charge of more than four ounces or any missile having an explosive or incendiary charge of more than one-quarter of an ounce; (3) any weapon capable of firing a projectile of a caliber greater than 60 caliber, except a shotgun or shotgun ammunition generally recognized as suitable for sporting purposes;
NJ Statute: 2C:39-3. Prohibited weapons and devices.
- Destructive devices. Any person who knowingly has in his possession any destructive device is guilty of a crime of the third degree.
After speaking with an attorney extremely well versed in New Jersey firearms law, we will be unable to sell, ship or otherwise transfer any “antique firearm” to anyone in New Jersey or with a New Jersey billing address unless it is under .60 caliber. While the state recognizes “antique firearms”, there are no exemptions for them in the statutes. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and suggest you contact your state representative.
